IC: Palladium Fantasy (with godlings)

So I am going to Outline an idea I have here and see if their is any interest.

I have a game world based on the Palladium Fantasy System. I would like to run this world. I have a write up of gods, and areas and what have you. I have seen people fill up Rifts Games/Heroes Unlimited/Nightbane and the like. So would there be interest in a Palladium Fantasy Style Game.

[x] No technology , high tech, or guns. Since they simply won't work in the world.
[x] Higher than normal mana and psychic emanations.
[x] Magic is very common
[x] I will allow O.C.C/P.C.C/R.C.C. from some of the Rifts Books. (Psyscape/Federation of Magic/ Book of Magic/ I have a whole section for this stuff-no borgs or high tech obviously )

The plot would revolve around a group of Godlings that band together, to save the world from the forces that lord over humanity. (The Old Ones) and work to grow in power. The game will take place across the world, making allies and enemies. Cleaning out Castles and places that might serve them better and offer homes for those who would be followers. To extend the character's legend.

(Keep in mind this is the short version )

Love Palladium, but never played Fantasy. Would no-tech characters from Heroes/After the Bomb/Nightbane work? I might be interested.

It would depend on the character, since widely the characters won't come from other worlds, but rather be born into this one, in areas that exist for them.

Example: ( In the Necropolis of Rathindan there are magic users that are bone shapers. (from Russia) and they are those that work to keep the undead down. Given the area it's harder to entomb someone. So they are often turning into their own memorium. )

Mostly it will be a world, and dimension spanning adventure, and will be both role play, and roll play at points. The characters participating in a living world!

Re: IC: Palladium Fantasy (with godlings)

I figured that those characters could be explained as mutations from someone tampering with mystical energy.  As for the Nightbane, you could just drop the whole Nightlords story line and call them mutations as well.  Obviously you wouldn't want to just give carte blanche and say that anything goes, but it would definitely be something different.  Especially since you wanted to do a god(ling)-level campaign.

Yeah I have an area for that in particular. So it is doable, will be a little work but I like expanding my world so no sweat really.
