So I'm writing a horror RPG, and I have it "done enough" to playtest. Don't ask "What System?" because you've never heard of it. Generally speaking, it's d10 dice pools against TNs, not successes. Don't ask if I would try d20/GURPS/AFMBE/Chill/any existing system you can think of. This is a PLAYTEST Interest Check.

I've seen lots of horror games where the party is a competent investigation team, or paramilitary team take on loads of zombies. This isn't going to be that. There will probably be at least one playtest involving zombies, but the game will run less like Left for Dead where it's all shoot 'em up. I started writing this one because Until Dawn reminded me of horror movies where all the characters are regular school students and may or may not make it to the end. Note: This is not an Until Dawn game.

I have invested considerable time writing the game, and have a 75 page PDF (although the player section is 40 pages) but I will only make the game and share the link within the game to those who might be interested. The PDF (and by extension, the game) will contain Adult Material. Do not chime in to say you are not interested. You are welcome to offer constructive criticism, but I won't budge on the Adult rating or the game system. Complaints about either will be regarded as trolling. That said, who is willing to playtest a unique Adult Horror game using a unique system?

Phrasing is bad on that. I don't mean to sound like I won't take criticism of my system, I mean to say that I am not using another system.

Can you perhaps tell more about the system? d10's against Tns rather than successes isn't that specific. What makes your system different than the ones you listed? What makes it better for horror? Why are you making your own system? Answering some of these questions are useful for helping people determine if they want to playtest it.

Thought about not saying anything at all, but I don't know that it is better. It's a playtest, that's kind of the point. It does emulate the feel of slasher movies in which the monster/killer(s) takes on a group of regular people, one or more of whom may or may not survive. The first letters of the attribute do spell out SCREAM though.

In other news, I hope to have 6 potential victims in total. I could probably do 4-5 if I have a GMPC (which I don't want, because I'd rather be impartial). In this case, the more very well might be the merrier :D
