My idea is that we'd start off in a alternate version of Westeros in which War of the Ninepenny Kings ended with Maelys I Blackfyre becoming the king on the iron throne to prevent players from abusing their knowledge from the show/books. Now other than that the ideas I'm proposing could go a few different ways.

First and foremost, if the players would be interested we could run a more traditional game in which the players are united under one noble house and play the game of thrones for the betterment of their house.

The second idea is the players could be lowborn characters perhaps members of the night's watch, ironborn raiders or simple commonfolk of Westeros looking to ascend to nobility and knighthood.
