[BESM 2nd VS NWOD] Interest check

I have two different plots for these two different systems, one is more futuristic fantasy with mecha, Giant monsters and powers.

The other is more modern like MiB style of setting.

I am split between the two and I would like to know which brings more interest.

Both of those sound super fun!  I prefer nWoD, since BESM is too easy to to break, but I'm down for either one!
