I'm relatively new to the site, but I've been dying to run this game for a while.

The idea is to make a victoriana game, where the characters will be working to investigate strange and mysterious crimes that plague the city of Glasgow. Over time, their investigations may lead them to other places as well.

The tone of the game will be rather dark, grim and uncompromising (think Ripper street, penny dreadful or mr Whicher) and as such will be set in Adult.

Be warned that the game will contain scenes of a sexual nature as well as graphical violence, drugs and alcohol as well as 19th century British society in all it's racist, sexist glory.

I hope this game will attract a few good players with strong stomachs and a love of the macabre.

oh. I'm definitely up for this. Have a few ideas bouncing around already.

Would you be using the Victoriana Rules set, published by Cubicle 7? I have many of the books, and would be interested.

yeah. I am using the Victoriana 3rd edition rules. Though considering the way the PbP will be set up intimate knowledge of the rules is not required. Just a basic understanding of the setting.

Then, do count me in!
