I would love to try diceless roleplaying but simply not into the Amber style settings. Is anyone interested/or has done a diceless fantasy adventure?

Or am I simply talking freeform?

I want to experiment with diceless mechanics, really get into narrative combat resolution. Anyone have experience with this?

I am also leaning toward two concepts a descriptive ladder (ala fudge) and the idea of using inappropriate abilities (cliches from Risus) to aid in the narrative. Also Amber does this as well with powers.
