Advice has been gained on the trials of Nerigal. Weapons which rend the pattern or can harm spirits is required. If you do not have one I advise you seek to obtain such a weapon.

Items also that will be needed are, water, head and eye cover, rope or cable to connect us together through the winds and cold weather gear. We shall discuss more when we meet up.

I have also obtained the name of someone who should be able to help us. Will keep everyone posted.

Re: CHAPTER 2: devalanna

Devalanna had followed Peter and the monk, but not too close for fear she might crowd them. When she saw the temple, she believed this would suit her needs perfectly. However, out of respect for the others, she waited until she saw the monk leave before she entered. This was clearly a sacred place, and she did not want to intrude upon him. the knight strode forth and into the opening now vacated by her quest companion. she felt a sense of awe as she entered the place, and just stood there for the longest time taking it all in. The communicator she was given beeped after a while, and brought her out of her state. she managed to open the little thing, and heard the monk's message. however, she did not yet know how to reply on it, so she didn't but simply closed the little box up again. she looked around, and approached a man in robes. Making a fist, the young woman brought it up to thud the chain mail over her heart.

"Hail, good Gentle. I am Lady Devalanna, and I am to embark upon a quest with my companions. I am not of your order, but pray, could you spare a quiet place where I might fortify myself in mind and soul before I set on the path laid before me?"

Re: CHAPTER 2: devalanna

They nodded and lead her to simple quarters much like the monk and peter had with little comforts or adminaties.

Re: CHAPTER 2: devalanna

Devalanna thanked the brother, and entered the room. The Lady made her way to one side of the small chamber, and turned with her back facing the wall. The errant knight drew the sword from her back, and dropped to one knee before balancing the sacred blade upon the other. Her familiar curled itself about her shoulders to stand watch as she started her meditation and centering. She strove for peace and quiet in her mind and soul, to ready both for whatever may come.

I have found us passage to the trial, it will cost but he will provide some equipment. If everyone could meet me at <Temple coordinates> then we can make our way as a group to book the travel and finally decide who is coming and who isn't.

One of the battle maddens knocks at the door. "It will soon be time for your turn in the proving grounds."
