Miriana does not drink anything stronger than a coke. but something about the way the warrior women speak brings back distant memories of her own. though she was not part of the Optera operation she had lived through battles and enjoyed them like any true Zentraedi.   however she did not have the words to express herself like these two before her. she giggles at the right time and naturally tenses with the stories moments og valor as if fighting her own insticts to jump up to relive the battle.

  Michelle watched as Kaarle maintained such control to her constant teasing throughout dinner.

  When it was time for the movies she eagerly took his hand and followed him to the show. She had no real interest in which movie they watch. Only that they we're togeather.

"Something really bad..." Thirteen mutters to himself and he thinks about it for a moment.

"I guess that there is not much we can do about it except to be ready."

  Karma claps when Mirage's set over. There are several shots on the table in front of each of thier spots.

  "I hope you dont mind. I figured a drink to fallen comrades. And our safe return were in order. and the third is just to get us loose to hit the dance floor.

  She points to a small group of guys at the bar staring at you two.

"I know you and Joker have been flirting.  but this is just to dance. nothing more."

Mirage sets her guitar case down by their table, her ears almost glowing red at the compliment.

She gains some composure, looking at the shots.

"You sure it is OK for me to drink?" she says as she slides into a seat.

She starts blushing again, and one of her long ears twitch as well, apparently her 'nervous tic'.

  A wide smile appears. "I dont see anyone here telling you no."

  After thier shots. She says something so only Mirage can hear; "I know Joker can be a bit full of himself. But he is generally a great guy. goes to bat for his pilots. and since you turned a slightly different shade. I think you ve seen his better qualities. "

  She puts her hand into his while forcing a smile. "i hope we can."

 She stares out of glass into the stares beyond.

In reply to Karma Murphy (msg # 347):

Mirage looks around, as if to confirm what she said is true.. lifts one shot and wrinkles her nose at it, her ears drooping.

"This smells terrible."

She takes a sip.. makes a face, then just downs the whole shot at once.  Her eyes water and she coughs a little, tries to speak.. fails.

   downing her drink Karma bust out laughing seeing Mirage's reaction.

  Is this your first time drinking? how old are you?

She makes a 'hrmphhh' sound, and grasps her second shot with determination.

"Seventeen."

Moments like this were rare times when Thirteen fell truly at peace. Looking out to space with Amadar, not even the threat of danger could distress him. Still, there was one thing still in his mind.

"I wonder if that voice I heard had something to do with what you felt."

  Sillia walks in to the observation almost saying something as she noticed the two holding hands.

   she stands behind them leaning against the hull, while watching them in action.

   A quick causally shrug said it all. She no longer found the young age of the pilots odd. Her reaction to the drinks on the other hand caused several giggles. as she took her shot and downed the next.

   Once Mirage finished; "You ready to show these boys how to dance?"

Mirage does better with the next two shots, her ears stay red but become... perky?

She grins.  "I may be miclonized, but I am a clone of the proud Falyna line!"  She exclaims.

"Yes, leads the ways"

  Mirage and Karma find themselves surrounded by three gentlemen. All dancing and pleasant. While they are polite with their complements it is clear they are trying to pick you two ladies up.

Thirteen's instincts kicked in that there was someone with them. He subtly glanced to the side and noticed that Sillia was there. He turned towards her gently, as to not give Avarae a surprise.

"Hello." He said simply. He would usually give simple greetings but this one had the element of warmth that would usually accompany those he was close to.

   Nodding to Thirteen. She steps up beside the two. I see you both survived your debriefings. Have you eaten yet?

  Watches over Mirage to make sure she is having a good time. Karma smiles as the guys seem to be excited by the prospect of hanging with two beautiful women.

Mirage doesn't talk to the men, just smiles and lets Karma do the talking.  She seems to be much looser, and enjoying herself.

"I ate a cookie." Thirteen replied.

  Ok so Ill run Karma and Sillia and Aravae from here.


  Mirage - It becomes early evening and Karma grabs you by the arm and tells you that both of you are going shopping for some actual dresses. and fun cloths before the shops close.


   Thirteen - Sillia looks at you cockeyed to your reply of a cookie. "Ok you two. Its time for chow and then and then maybe some type of family game."

   Aravae smiles and agrees as long as you join in the fun too.

Thirteen gives Sillia a puzzled look.

"A family game? You want to do a military exercise with Avarae?" Games might have been something he did in the past but he did not have much memory of that now, just like his memories of family.

"Actual dresses?  Um.. OK!"

She had worked off a good bit of the alcohol and was just "friendly" now.

At the shop she appears to go for colorful and frilly... which seems odd.

Mirage add whatever you need to possession and ill deduct it from your credits.


  Thirteen Aravea, Sillia and Xavier teach you how to play jango, monopoly, and several games from thier world. It is a great time. Some of the other crew members watch and two of the other Gks  join in for the monopoly game. And watch as you are thought the Guardia games.

  When you are done Aravae takes you by the hand and leads you two back to you general quartwrs. Before she slips into her bunk she smiles and thanks you for hanging out with her. Then she slips the pressurized glass in place and filters her bunk with gas so she can breathe without her rebreather.

  In the morning you and the others wake to Korvan telling you all to get a move on. Meeting in one hour.

Thirteen has a severe case of overthinking each and every game. However, he does appreciate the lack of life and death situations in these particular games. Thirteen nods to Avarae and thanks her for sharing the games. After helping her into her chamber he takes a shower and goes to sleep as well.
