Thank you. One of my classes this semester is Mass Communication, so I'm pondering weird music again. As might be expected, I'm the only non-human student in the class, possibly even on the entire campus.

You have an idea.  You don't need a GM.  A collaborator might not be a bad idea to brainstorm ideas and keep you motivated, but you can't expect a GM to create and run a universe based on stuff that is solely in your head.
