Motion sensors track how far and fast the weapon is swung. Gun = dps. Staff = healer. Google glass for augmented reality. Combos. Limit breaks. Doing same thing repeatedly has diminishing returns, so mixing it up with jabs, swings, and twirls is best. To-hit is dependent entirely on player hitting, but damage / effectiveness is determined more from combos. Audio/ video cues like music to let you know when to time things. Leveling up your character. Rankings by class level. Level sync. Multiple map possibilities. Pneumatic office wall panels rise from the ground. 10' or so each. Rogues can unlock doors. Randomized mini game. Dungeons are timed, so their success helps overall score/XP. PvP also a possibility ala traditional lasertag. Scifi versions. Multiclassing = Potions. Torches! Gold for purchasing upgrades. Advantage of owning your own weapons. Pay to win? Pay to optimize. So diminishing returns for more invested turning into bigger advantage.
