Depends if you are planning on doing anything nasty to Laughing Shark's alternative Kai character. You know, the psychotic one. Wait, maybe I shouldn'#t make assumptions here about Laughing Shark the new character...

Well once ive got everything finalised, you will probabally find that Sabre Fox is a completely different Kai to Rune Star

And that's four! ^^ You lot are all a very interesting group, that much I can say.

Now, as to how I should divide the groups, and who I should kill first... *pondering*

Heh, Laughing Shark will be a bit different than Crazy there.

So players are:

Dusk Rat, Moon Dancer, Laughing Shark, Sun Snake, and Sabre Fox? Sounds fun!

Laughing Shark's current design is a snarky brat with a colorful past. She's mouthy and charismatic. I'll try to finalize things tonight and post a bio for you guys :-)

What do you guys have going?

I'm still a bit indecisive on my character choice actually.
I have three from my own story, including Moon Dancer.  But I probably won't use Moon Dancer, since I've already played as her in two other games...  (Well, one other game, since Culling ground to a halt before you guys found her, hehe).

Nobosy should worry about not having a finalized character concept yet; it's not something that'll get done in one day! ^^

It takes time, and I have to exactly figure out where each of you is placed on the chessboard - otherwise, how could I play my chessmasters to their best? ;)

So, there's no rush - you're all offering very interesting ideas for your character concepts, so be sure to work on them for now; we're still missing a player, so we're not ready to start yet! :)

Well thats one of the reasons why I didnt take Rune Star out for another outing, because ive played him in other games and I wanted something new. But dont get me wrong! Since Culling didnt end at the natural finish, I was tempted! But Sabre Fox did seem like a better alternative

Sounds like I shouldn't use Swift Fox either then, otherwise we'd be the same, hehe.  :)

Well Swift Fox has a bit of a sarcastic side, and isn't afraid to fight dirty if she has to.
The bit in the storyline about there being a rivalry between the "second batch" and "third batch" made me think about how she'd react to anyone who decided to pick on her.
I think anyone who did try to pick on her would end up with some calacena spores in their next meal ;)  hehe.

:) that'd be fun, but if Moon is more posated, with Shark constantly biting her to see wheter there's something there or not, it would be just as fun, wouldn't it be? :D

Woooo, forum has been busy today! Yay Wuffy is playing :D. Omg the way this works is so confusing, with everyone's display name being their character name rather than username. So I'm not gonna have any clue who anyone is, except that I already know Shadow Turtle is Veirlyn, lol.

Oh yeah, speaking of turtles - if you're American, everything is a turtle (maybe 'cause they're lazy and can't be arsed to differentiate or something :P). Otherwise, as far as I'm concerned turtles are only found in the sea. Well, saltwater anyway. If they live in freshwater then they're terrapins, though this definitin is confused by the fact that some species of terrapin have "turtle" in the name, like the painted turtle and Mississippi mud turtle. But they're not turtles because htey live in fresh water. And finally, if they live on land then they're tortoises - they even look different, as tortoises don't have flippers :P.

But aaaanyway...I've been working on my character for a while now and I think I'm most of the way toward getting her finished. Oh yeah, and excuse the crappy avatar - it looks nothing like my char and I might change it, though nothing I change it to will look like my char either - any pic I vaguely liked the look of had the wrong colour scheme (eg wrong eye colour)...so just kind of ignore it, really :P.

Now you've got me thinking about whether or not to bring Moon in again.  Gah, too indecisive! :(

Oh... then what I've seen in real life are tortoise, not turtles. The walking variety, not the swimming variety, of the armored reptile. :)

I agree that Dusk Rat is the more complete character thus far - though again, she started first, so it's to be expected - but as I said, we can't start anyway until I've got a player number 6, so there's still going to be some waiting involved.

Also, can I say I'm happy the thread is filling up with posts? Because I am! :D

And Dusk Rat, again, don't worry about your picture... just pick something that's good, and we'll treat the eye color as if it was the one you say it is, rather than the one it is in the picture. We're not shooting for perfection here, just for something that gives the idea! ^^

EDIT: I'm using Moon only because we have to finalize your new Kai name yet... I wasn't trying to confuse you more, I swear! :)

I'm game for whomever is willing to game. :)

However, I do would prefer somebody with some Lone Wolf's experience - you know, so there'll be that extra pull to play because of it. But that's not a deal breaker! ^^

Also, I think Sun Snake volountered to ask somebody as well? I'm not certain on this, though.

Anyway, Shark, don't worry about your friend; more honest of him not wanting to join now, than try, find out he didn't liked it, and leave us short of a player halfway through. :)

So when is the tentative start date for the game? Anything in mind or just waiting on all the characters to be finalized?

That second one - especially, you know, since character number 6 is still missing... for now at least. :)

Don't worry, you lot have all still enough character creation yet to do that there shouldn't be a need to rush anything yet! ^^

In fact, for those whom I said I'd put up the game the 20th, given that I started it three days early, there's still plenty of time... just take your time in character creation for now; whenever I have somebody's character complete and ready, I'll post it here, so you'll know how far off we still are. :)

And, who knows... I might have some sort of "prologue" threads to run with a couple of you... ^^
