Well I did originally create Swift as a character whose evolution would be mostly driven by reactions to the other players, hence why I was keeping track of all those stats for her.

But since no-one really talked to her much, I ended up just reacting to stuff that Shadow dropped in our way instead, and luckily that turned out as driving her towards a positive evolution instead of sinking deeper and deeper into her inner darkness.
So I didn't even have to stab anyone.  Would have felt very guilty if I'd had to do that!  :)

Dusk Rat just isn't really any good at talking to humans unless they're talking about stuff she's really interested in - about the best conversation I can recall her having (out of the, what, three or four she's had all game ;)) was with Rasha about doggies and stuff ;).

Given that Dusk Rat mostly reacts to others herself, I'm not sure she'd've ever attracted Swift's attention had she (Swift) actually ever gone all stabby - if any stabbing had occurred, it would've had to have been Swift who started it ;).

We're so dead to what comes next. We've lost a player character and everyone wants to mope/sleep through our long and valuable planning time before we're racing against the clock.

You can still talk to Swift.  It's just Peacock she's refusing to have any further dealings with :)

Yeah, he did that. Zlanbeasts are about three times faster than kraans, so he obviously picked it for the speed. :)

Plus we are two humans and a dog (the rats obviously get a free pass just by sitting in my pocket ;), so if we were gonna take kraan, we'd need more of them, thus depriving you guys of an extra mount ;).

I meant Snake was feeling the same about Peacock, not saying Swift had the same thoughts on Snake! Hopefully he's repaired the bridge a little bit :)

Yep, the bridge is kind of repaired.  More sort of patched together with bits of scrap and a lot of frayed rope, so be careful not to break it again ;)

Well, that will only happen if Snake is under repressed stress about stressful things and then says something stupid whenever he opens his mouth. We should be good, surely.

I think Snake just needs a hug...  Any volunteers? :)

Well that's mostly due to Dusk and the others saving her ass on multiple occasions, hehe.

Well, you now will have along the Gnaag Wars' veterans, as Sun Fox pointed out - surely they'll be able to do enough saving to keep you alive a bit more? Or will they instead need you to do some saving on your own? ;D

We rule! Or Sabre Fox does, so it's all good.

Hehe so now you get to see what it's like when you don't have random horses/rats/snakes/kraan/doomwolves/zlanbeasts conveniently manoeuvring themselves to assist you in various ways when things start kicking off ;).

Meanwhile Dusk Rat, she who spends half her time mentally nattering away to other creatures, gets to share the mind of a master of flight as it takes her to a destination in the company of the one Kai she can be said to get on well with, who also happens to be a teeny bit powerful and thus pretty good at dealing with any trouble should it come up.

Somehow, I think Dusk Rat has got the better half of the deal here ;).

Yup, being alone with an over confident NPC doing all the work is definitely the way to win this game :p

Not that Peacock hasn't just left us all for dead, so we don't get to hinder his takeover bid or anything...  ;)
