Shooting the Canyon Wall [Merged Thread]

Flying through the intricate network of natural bridges and tunnels Rynn stays close to the Imperial Survey ship. Close behind Klyn brought up the rear, the slower speed of the Mon Calamari jump freighter was not such a disadvantage here as the canyon twisted and turned unpredictably forcing Rynn to not fly the X-wing at its top speed. Coming out of the canyon was not a choice Rynn could make. Above the canyon sight of the Imperial ship was almost impossible and it would only take one wrong turn to lose them entirely.

The three ships raced along the tunnels laser bolts green and red flew about showering all the ships in crystal shards. As the Imperial scout ship came to a fork in the canyon Rynn anticipated them and rolling to the side he aimed the starfighters laser cannons as the opening. The laser fire aimed directlly into the crystals refracted outward in a spray of light. The flash of multi-hued light filled the ships viewports followed by a shower of glittering crystal. Blinded by the light and shards the exact fate of the Imperial ship was momentarily unknown. For now that was the lesser of their concerns as the canyon began to collapse and the clattering of tiny shards soon became a steady thumping of larger chunks. The crystal pummelled the ships hulls. Warning claxons of ion drives and sublight engines spring to life on the command consoles as the ships were damaged by the debris and collision with the avalanche was imminent.

OOC Ok merged the threads together.

Klyn make 2 Pilot checks at -9 (a co-pilot can aid another here same penalty -9 DC10 to give Klyn a +2)
Rynn also make 2 Pilot checks at +1.

Pilot checks are to avoid the crystal avalanche that the Imperial ship has you hoped been trapped in. First check is DC 15 to evade the large chunks. The second is to Avoid Collision with debris the scout is in DC 15 as a reaction.
