Return to Fitsay

Powerful sweeps of his arms brought Chu-Shkar closer to Fitsay and the renegade Sedrians. The underwater city was in turmoil. The marketplace had turned into a riot as the jellyfish-like creatures latched on to Sedrians. At the sound of alarm warrior monks came from their huts to challenge the invaders.

Klyn fired a harpoon from the SG-4 but it went wide to sink harmlessly into the silt of the ocean floor.

OOC The SG-4 deal 3d8 damage. The harpoons have to be reloaded as a Swift Action. Shooting the blaster mode underwater reduces the range by half.

Chu-Shkar's Range to nearest Sedrian 27 squares

Tera and Klyn 30 squares

Everyone is up to act.

Return to Fitsay

Surging forward Chu-Shkar put his large body and greater strength to full use. His long hairy arms beat through the ocean and he stretched the gap between himself and his companions as he sought to reach the underwater city of Fitsay before the renegades caused completed chaos. The marketplace was still in uproar as the stinger fish brought mayhem.

Klyn shot the Imperial underwater rifle, the harpoon function working excellently. The harpoon struck one of the renegades. The Sedrian reeled but when she spotted her assailant she lifted her sun gun and shot. The alien staff fired a beam of golden light toward Klyn but fortunately the energy blast missed him.

The two warrior monks dropped from their towers their spear guns firing into the crowds of renegade Sedrians. Two fell but outnumbered the warrior monks were no match for the renegades and both were quickly overcome by attacks from spears, spear guns and sun guns.

More warrior monks were heading toward the disturbance from their huts.

Re: Return to Fitsay

The renegades held their ground but Klyn made use the Imperial stormtrooper weapon, he fired another harpoon from the SG-4. The spear hit on target and the Sedrian collapsed to the floor of the sea, a cloudy of silt mud lifted up to hide the body.

The nine survivoring renegades ignored the plight of their companions as they swam directly toward the Great Shell Dome. They pulled at its opening.  The sea turned gold. Four warrior monks on their way to stop the renegades stopped mid stroke to flounder in the water, as if blinded by the golden light.

While it as a good thing they learned more about that golden thing that causing so much trouble, this certainly was not a good situation.

"Damned! What now ?" he swore as the light partially blinded him, thankfully without consequences.

He did his best to get closer and fired at another assailant... starting to get worry as the monk stopped being useful as reinforcement.

Tera felt a tear at the corner of her eye. She could feel that something bad had happened and many were in pain, yet she was powerless to do anything about it. "Things have taken a turn for the worse. There are many in pain" her voice sounded, filled with numbness as Tera tried to keep swimming towards the ones that were the source of all of this pain.

Battling against the unfamiliar environment the three Rebels pushed through the ocean as the golden light faded away, the ocean returning to its usually blue-green. A clearer view of the Great Shell Dome revealed the fight between three renegades and four warrior monks at the opening. Klyn's blast was enough to knock out one of the renegades. The odds were in the favour of the defenders but many more renegades had penetrated the Great Shell Dome.
