Re: OOC Stuff
Just let me raise a point that I have found often in my work, managing people in a mid-sized company: Documentation or rather too much of it, sometimes actually slows things down.
In two ways:
- From the side of the readers, too much to read actually stops them from writing, or executing, causes them to skip over and just get a loose hang of things that at the end has not helped that much.
- Also, as one of the creators of said documentation, I sometimes find that I am postponing things that actually need to be done by creating new documentation for things that are not so critical.
Not saying that you are falling into that, that's not for me to say, I just want to make sure you consider it. It might well be off the point if the real goal here is to actually create a Setting Book, or something of the sort, in which case it makes most sense. Just remember your goals and make sure effort is applied towards those goals.
For the rest, I really like what I am reading, its really good quality, and entertaining in most cases (City information is overwhelming and quite boring for those of us that do not really care, but I understand the need of making it a common basis), but can't really say or add much in the way of ideas. What is the main underlying theme of the rp that you are looking for here? Politics? Survival? Terror? Making players feel overpowered and helpless?
