Shroud (Savan): High-ranking Soviet assassin, spy, and infiltrator. Known powers: teleportation, insubstantiality, invisibility, and darkness control. Also a highly-skilled marksman.
Usurper (Uzurpator): Femme fatale and seductress for Soviet supers program. Known powers: mind-control, fast movement, and limited precognition.
Red Sledgehammer (Krasniy Molot): Walking tank for the Soviet supers program. Known powers: super strength, hardened fists, increased size/weight, and mutant invulnerability.
Mindwrack: Egyptian super-villainess. Known powers: enhanced injury tolerance, mental storm (single-target or area).
Singularity (Osobennost): Manipulator of light and gravity. Known powers: gravity control, laser projection, flight, and regeneration.
Backlash (Otvetnyy Udar): Mutated soldier. Known powers: absorption of incoming damage, convert absorbed damage to enhance physical attacks, blasts of raw force, and enhanced mental focus (offensive and defensive uses).
Firefrost (Pozar-Moroz): Manipulator of opposing elements. Known powers: generation of fire and ice, ice armor, flight, extreme damage resistance.
Caress of Steel (Stalnaya Laska): Object manipulator and telepath. Known powers: telekinesis, telepathy, heightened awareness.
Bear (Medved): Soviet Super-Scientist and therianthrope. Known powers: transform into anthropomorphic bear, high agility/endurance/strength, animal-like senses, super-genius intellect.
Shadow's Kiss (Poceluy Teni): Teleporter and martial artist. Known powers: teleportation, insubstantiality, increased strength/agility, enhanced martial arts skills, steal life force on touch to heal herself.
Whisper (Shepot): Master of sound. Known powers: Ability to manipulate/amplify sound in many ways, flight using reflected sound waves, highly enhanced hearing and super senses.
