Not all red shirts get killed off though.  Uhura wore red and wore it quite well (as she pointed out in the latest set of commercials).  Not everybody can look good in Red.  We'll just keep a watch out for our NPCs.  I don't want to fill out paperwork.  I'm tired of paperwork.

I have a few questions regarding the tactical situation.  Ken was ready for the guard to wake up while he was checking the door.  As soon as he started to stir he would jump the guard.  I'm thinking we would get something like a surprise round to jump the guy rather than him having a chance to wake up, look around, ask a question, get up from the chair, grab his gun and try to shoot before Ken or Thomas could intervene.  How much the guard can do before we can intervene makes a huge, huge difference in the outcome of the situation.

Also, I'm not sure if Thomas ever moved up close enough to butt stroke the guard if he woke.

I'll go with the flow whatever the situation as ken is going to jump the guy regardless.

Neva nudges Blake.  "Shhhh.  The movie is about to start again.  Popcorn?"  She hands over some popcorn and settles to watch in ooc since on mains she's still watching that nobody goes missing around the transportation.

Let's hope we don't get ourselves killed or captured!

Back here, where the same people are, not really.  Although we have been debating on whether or not the quality of red shirt one is wearing has a link to their survival rating.  Have a seat and popcorn while we watch Ken and Company go fight off bad guys.  The movie projector broke for a bit but it looks like it is up and starting again.

DC was fun.  I had not been in the Air and Space Museum for a decade or more.

Anyway, on the artifact... do we have a translation of both sides of the artifact?  I honestly forget how much we know about it.  It sounds like there should be something in the ruins worth finding but the artifact is the only clue I think we have at the moment.

At this point you have what amounts to half the message, from the piece you retrieved at Nomael. Dumaer's piece has more. It's at the HQ which is several kilometres away, along with other files.

Once we spring the scout, they will be looking all over for him.

I think we need to get the Scout free, get to the HQ and get the other files escape before they raise the alarm.

Just in case stuff starts hitting the fan ...  I will be off to a college graduation until late Sunday.  I will take the netbook but not sure it will connect.

So does mine -- they haven't picked a starting location yet.  So a few weeks vacation at home.  Nice to be back in familiar space, instead of stomping around those maze like campuses.

My son is off until mid-July.  He's heading off to spend two weeks in Israel toward the middle of June.  My daughter leaves tomorrow to spend a month in Rome studying abroad.
