This disease affects those who come into contact with sewage, though large amounts of garbage or offal will also sometimes cause filth fever.

Symptoms: early stages present with soreness and headaches. Later stages bring about a dangerously high fever.

Contagious: rarely travels from person to person, though those with weakened immune systems may ca5ch it.

first stage
 Target takes -1 to constitution.

A 15 difficult toughness check cures, difficulty 12 is needed to not progress to stage two.

Second Stage
 Target takes -1 to constitution and -1 to allbtoughneas rolls.

 A 18 difficulty toughness roll moves the disease to stage one. A difficulty 15 toughness chech is needed to avoid moving to stage three.

Stage three
 Target takes -2 to constitution and -2 to all toughness rolls.

A 20 difficulty toughness roll moves the disease to stage two, and a difficulty 18 keeps the disease from moving to stage four.

Final stage(four)
 Target takes -1 strength, -2 constitution and -2 to all toughness rolls.

A difficulty 22 toughness roll moves it up to stage three.

Contraction: you gain this disease by drinking contaminated water or eating something contaminated by bad water.

Symptoms:  headaches with initial infection, as the sickness worsens the infected develops tremors in arms and legs and seizures.

Outward signs: sever shaking.

Contagious?: No

Contraction: this disease is common among goblinoids who gain it by contact with infected goblinoids. Most goblinoids survive the disease with little ill effects, but other races react badly when infected.

Symptoms: early stages of goblin pocs inflect a low grade fever with painful joints. Late stages cause painful pussfilled sores and a yello-green tint to the skin.

Outward signs: yellowish green skin, open sores.

Contagious?: Yes, it is spread by contact to the puss in the sores.
