So not sure if you saw my post, but can someone summarize how we got involved with Billy again.

Probably best to go back and read msg #36 in New Residence for those whose memory the years have been unkind to (I know that's prosaic euphemism for calling you old but don't worry, I'm right behind you).  Might even be useful to read through msg #51 for the rest of that conversation, more is revealed in it.  Hopefully that jogs a little for all.

Otherwise, everybody can feel free to play that out in game.

Full transparency, the Sunday thing was going pretty good for a couple weeks but at some point even gentle nudges don't override people's lives happening.  I may have gotten a little dismayed, admittedly.

I'll make with the pokes this weekend and see if we can get this fire going again.

I'd like to call for a check in.

Seems like peoples' lives are pretty chaotic/busy these days.  A recent interaction prompts me to question whether this hobby provides any unintended stress or obligation on those busy lives.  Other games have been abandoned (that's not blame or shame throwing, just an observation) and poking sometimes simply doesn't work.  I should note: I feel bad about poking despite the expressed gratitude.  I feel like a little kid tugging on sleeves begging my big brothers to play with me and, sometimes, I get thrown a pity play.

Reapeat for emphasis: this is absolutely not intended to induce shame or bad feelings, this is only for the purpose of transparency.  My feelings are nobody's fault, I get to decide my reactions to stimuli.

If it's still fun for everybody, we'll truck on and I'll happily keep the world alive.  If it's just one more thing on your plate that you feel obligated to get to, I would opine it's probably not worth it to continue.  If we're honest about it, I think we can determine the best choice.

If you're still into it, there's an update in the Game Questions thread.  Also, I'll probably just let everybody go at their own pace if we decide to continue.  I can control how I feel about poking by just knocking it off.

So I'm not feeling shamed. Although maybe I should. I'm enjoying myself and will continue to make post whenever the opportunity is there. I was hanging back because i had no intention of doing anything right away. I felt like I was dominating posts too, so I thought I'd wait til others gave it a shot.

Being the hands down champ when it comes to forgetting to post or requiring pokes, I can definitely say I still quite enjoy the game and don't feel pressured to participate, and would like to certainly continue. Recently, I've posted little when I do remember or get poked because a lot has been happening and I was kind of waiting to see how things fell out - my problem was getting my butt back in here to check on it!

I also quite enjoy the Daenus posts and never once thought of it as hogging the spotlight or anything. Seeing as how everyone else posted about a month ago, I'm gonna try to be more regular about posting, time just seems to fly...

Ok, one more thing to check in on and then maybe that drive (not disc, Vahl, what are we in here... the 90's??) will finally load.

Well I had scan disk in mind which is newer than flash drive.

Oh?  I have never heard of this technology.  Do tell.  The only scan disk I'm aware of is the diagnostic tool in DOS that repairs file errors.
