quick question you said that there were sparks coming off of the equipment, does that mean that the electronic equipment has been fucked with? not sure if it has been rampaged or they have some shotty equipment that has sparks flying off of it. So does it look like there was a skirmish in this new room and people booked?

The equipment appears intact, there does not seem to be evidence of a large skirmish though everything you've seen up to now would indicate a lot of booking has happened.

Refresher: van could not be left in the parking garage as it required a temporary pass through the security booth at the entrance to drop you off.  Your driver committed to dropping you off then leaving the van as close to the facility as he could find.  You'll need to escape the garage (remember the winding tunnel?) on foot before exploring nearby alleys for the ride.
