Re: Holonet [OOC]

Precise Shot isn't really a second-step feat for Scoundrels, since we start with Point Blank Shot just for being Scoundrels. ;)

Re: Holonet [OOC]

Another side effect of having only really played the rare Melee Noble or Soldiers, I suppose, that the features of Scoundrels confuse me.

Re: Holonet [OOC]

Melee Noble is fun.  You can move on to Duelist or Master Privateer.  Those are fun classes to play.

Re: Holonet [OOC]

Nothing really quite says SURPRISE! like a noble busting out kung-fu or a concealable vibro-weapon.

Um, kill them?

I don't see any other logical choice.

Re: Holonet [OOC]

I was going to give them a chance to talk, at blaster point, but I figure that they're just going to trip the readied action and attack.

You know, as Sith are wont to do.

Re: Holonet [OOC]

well just re-read the manor thread towards the end, it'll remind you of who to shoot and who we might be able to talk to. Course we're most likely going to shoot them both but never hurts to try...even if Oriana is gonna space Shanda :D

Re: Holonet [OOC]

I think she's safe, as long as she doesn't try to bring a Sith on the ship and claim he's her new best friend. ;)

Re: Holonet [OOC]

eh even a defector is gonna be at saber point. Shandas a touch naive, not utterly stupid (barring previous decision). ;)

Re: Holonet [OOC]

We'll talk once their lightsaber has been dismantled and they're safely cuffed.  You know, assuming we get past this whole 'shooting each other' thing.

Re: Holonet [OOC]

heh Rathik is the one we're more inclined to reason with, Wikk not so much. Besides The ship is gonna be cramped anyways these aren't the ones we're actually after to begin with, they're just a potential bonus. ;)

There is an easy solution, strap them to the hull....

Re: Holonet [OOC]

If we're particularly fortunate (or unfortunate, depending on how luck goes), Wikk might kill his Mistress and save us the trouble of having to have our shots deflected.

I'm having a problem visualizing how the battlefield is setup.  Where are the Sith in relation Easy?

Re: Holonet [OOC]

It's basically the two of them, 1 square between them and the nearby building.  You were knocked back next to Shanda, who was directly in front of them but 6 squares away.  Seely stepped 6 squares to Shanda's left, and Serina's jumped up to be between you and Seely, but one square back.

Shanda and Seely have moved up a bit.

I'm not sure how far Shanda and Seely are is moving up.  I didn't think she was going to fully close distance with Rathik though.

Re: Holonet [OOC]

Maps really do make ground combat easier.  Once you have one its easy to adjust, though making one up to begin with can be a pain.

Re: Holonet [OOC]

Sorry, I should have specified - the Xs are the walls of the building, so you can't really go that way.

Re: Holonet [OOC]

Yeah most powers have a distance of 6 squares or line of sight so was pretty much moving up to be within that range rather than toe to toe.

Besides dancing adjacent to a sith is a surgeon generals warning...may lead to ventilated lungs, torn muscles, profuse bleeding and a lightsaber through the chest. Avoid closing with Sith unless absolutely necessary!

Re: Holonet [OOC]

We're going to do our best to NOT get in stabbing range, if for no other reason than 1d4+4 is not enough damage.
