I encourage PCs to debate any and all rules I've instituted.  I believe that constructive criticism and collaboration are extremely valuable to the creative process.  However, please always remain professional in your arguments.  No personal attacks or flames without suggestions for improvement.  As with everything, I (the GM) will have final say.  Such decisions will likely appear in both the Rules: Questions & Answers and Rules: Official & Exhaustive (The Spark d10) for archiving.
