Not sure, how much can a mule carry?  This is all I have on my mule.  Should've brought gloves, otherwise I might get frostbite....  Ok, we're not heading to Wyrd....

We'll burn oil, then you'll have to use moonglow if all the oil goes.
I can always set fire to you Kores, if all else fails...

That's why I'm removing the flasks from the mule.  Kores can't carry that much.

Burning your food supplies?  Kores doesn't care what the players resort to should he fall...

Am I too late to buy food?  Or should I just edit it onto my sheet and say she did it already?

Soft bellied magic using lantern bearers in the middle?

Do we have any missile weapons?  I have a crossbow but am better with my sword.

I have crossbow *and* bow (the latter for rapid firing), so I'm well-positioned to give covering fire.

Lend me the cross bow.  Not sure how I'll run it, maybe 1 round to place the lantern on the ground, then discharge.  But if I keep firing stuff around, we might have to dig into the rations...

Gale has a sword and dagger no ranged weapon...

He is not the battle savvy one, perhaps it would be good to let him have the crossbow?

I might be small enough to count as a missile if someone can throw me.

With Looks 16 you'd count as a Stunning missile :)

Kores will have to lead until the others get up.  Maybe they're afraid of the ghost stories and claustrophobic....

Send in one of the Clansman first (they're disposable ;oP , I'll go second or just behind Kores.
