The Southern Pagans
Usopi grinned as he walked along, full more of pease pottage than small beer, as he felt any alcoholic beverages had the potential to cloud the mind and lead to the temptations of sin. His late mentor had certainly seemed to sin more often when he'd consumed such drinks. Usopi gazed about the Pagan mountains and marveled at the beauty of the mist and the cold rock.
"Ah the splendor of the lord's creation is a glorious thing, Ser Vacrolann." he mused loudly before taking a deep breath and filling his lungs with air, "We must surely be looked upon with favour to know such a sight."
The large knight seemed oblivious to the plume of smoke they were approaching, though in truth he felt there was little reason to point it out, as their path would bring them upon it in due course, and if there were no civilians in sight anything lost would simply be the earthly trinkets of man.
