I've been in rural Maine for the last three days without a computer, but will get caught up today and post.

Ha! It was quite foggy...straight out of Lovecraft almost. Beautiful, enchanting, and haunting at times.

Do I get that right that all immediate threats have disappeared (except the house) and now Carter jumps into view? Beating up my good friend the Canadian?

I'm going out of town for about a week, and will probably not have much posting time during that period. Just wanted to give you a heads up!

Do all the pcs see each other, or are we in our own separate groups?

Re: Missing In Action: Who's waiting on whom?

Currently:

Matt, Belle, Wild Bill, and Logan are near the rear of the saloon. If Zeke was trying to remain somewhat circumspect about his power use and headed back the way he came in, he's in a position to see them.

Meanwhile, Katy, Von Steinhof, and Jackie Wells are near the front of the saloon, behind the barricade across the street. They are not currently visable to the group in the back.

James Wilder is still inside the saloon. Since his player posts from work and this is a holiday in the US, I don't expect him to post much today.

Zeke might hear them shouting for survivors and make an assumption based on that.

Re: Missing In Action: Who's waiting on whom?

Posting because I can't figure it out: Who are we waiting on for Shootout? I get the sense of waiting for the Union soldiers, but is there a PC we're waiting on?

EDIT:  Iknow that it's sunday, and that no one is obligated to post until tomorrow or tuesday. Just asking for a lay of the land.

Re: Missing In Action: Who's waiting on whom?

I think the Stray was going to ask Zek about how he was going to sell Folk Hero to the soldiers, but he's been brainstorming with me about ideas for something else, so maybe distracted...I think you can feel free to hawk your own pitch at calming the soldiers/not being arrested in the meantime, though.

Re: Missing In Action: Who's waiting on whom?

Been distracted this weekend, and yeah, I'm trying to figure out how Folk Hero would apply to this situation (I think there needs to be a Tale Tellin' check made first -- perhaps if you guys actually spoke to Custer about the situation there it would be an easier sell). But the plan is to try and get you guys all in one place together, so don't be expecting to slip the soldiers quite that easily.

Re: Missing In Action: Who's waiting on whom?

In reply to The Stray (msg # 374):

Tale telling can be done without an action card. People see Zek and the others get people put of the fire, and the human habit of spreading stories does its own work. Otherwise it's not really a action card at all.
