There's this guy on Youtube who has a book out called the Gospel of Caesar. He claims that Jesus and Caesar are the same man. :/

Well, some people also believe Quatzocatl (spelling?) is Jesus.

That has a shred of believability to it, though I personaly doubt the feathered serpent was actually a manifestation of our lord and savior.

I doubt anyone other than his mom takes this guy seriously ;)

I think this is a more fascinating theory.  The serpeant god aspect has been mostly debunked, I think.  The belief was that Quatzocatl was a bearded god with white skin.  It is not a theory I've looked into closely, just one I heard in passing about 25 years ago.

Orson Scott Card adopted this theory in his science fiction short story "America," which has a guy named "Carpenter" and a guy named "Quatzocatl" named after the mesoamerican god.
