WORST COMMANDER EVER! No matter how uncastable, there is literally no worse commander than one that causes you to lose the game if you cast it.

Yeah, a bit later I wondered if you were being sarcastic. But a instant win if it hits is pretty darn good, so I wasn't sure.

I was watching a deck actually used Phage as a win con by getting out an Endless Whispers (http://magiccards.info/5dn/en/49.html), then getting out a Phage, and then saccing the Phage or conning the opponent into killing it, thus giving it to them and then killing them when Phage re-entered play under their control...
