Oh, and the Hegemoney uses a mix of weaponry depending on background, House allegiance and such. Slug weapons are generally speaking, caseless rounds.

Yes, but I probably also took elocution lessons when I was studying xenoarchaeology on Gryphon. So yes, I have a thick accent that probably involves a lot of tech-words and jargon and slang... but I can talk with all the clear precision of a Bee Bee Cee presenter when I'm not talking to my own kind.

The Corvette class or Cargo shuttle?  There's more than one over there...

I was just assuming the Nighthawk-class scout ship, since the shuttle is onboard the scout ship. I mean, you could name the shuttle too, but by default it's got a designation IH-078-A

(Which, incidently, the designation of your ship is IH-078. You can pick the registry name though.)
