Any rolls under 8 may be rerolled, but new roll must be kept

1 item worth 4500gp or less.

For monstrous or other races concerning Level Adjustment:
I should specify your character will be level 10 to start. So if you have a LA of +2(drow) as an example, you can will start as level 8 cleric and 2 levels drow

I don't use xp buyoffs, as xp is handled differently after certain campaign or character milestones. Additionally roleplaying earns extra as well.
