OOC Thread
Hey Krackor, welcome to the game. A bit more context for the game: it started as a standard group with a bunch of players, but everyone except me and the DM dropped out after the first adventure. The two of us continued on our own, with the DM bringing in a bunch of NPC's to fill out the party.
My main character is Tolantra, a dwarven fighter/cleric. We're using the Demihuman Deities rules that dwarven priests try to keep non-dwarves from knowing they exist, so she's adventuring as a male dwarven fighter. She's got great stats and heavy armor, so she's been serving as the group's main tank.
We didn't have a thief in the party, so I introduced Balarba, Tolantra's cousin. She's a dwarven thief (adventuring as a male cousin). I'm not as attached to her, so if you wanted to run a thief, I'm happy to retire her.
For the party, my original thought was:
Tol (fighter/cleric)
Balarba (thief)
Olaf (cleric)
Celadhel (fighter/mage)
Edie (mage)
Cork (ranger)
That makes a party of 6 (yes, I've played lots of Baldur's Gate, and defaulted to that party size without thinking), and provides both a single and multi-classed version of both spellcasters. If there's any of those roles you want to take, we can drop the NPC. If you want to play something else (paladin, bard, some other multi-class), Cork or Balarba are probably the most likely ones to be dropped. I'd rather keep Edie, unless you want a single-classed wizard, just since wizards take so long to level up.
What are your thoughts?
