For your RTJ
Give me a character, of any sort, that will work in the following campaign and adheres to the building guidelines. I reserve the right to place further restrictions on character building if I deem it necessary.

    Campaign Tone
  • Morality - Good vs Bad is mostly clear-cut
  • Realism - Neutral
  • Outlook - Almost everything works out
  • Seriousness - More serious than lighthearted
  • Continuity - Mostly serial, some enforcement of campaign continuity

    Physical World
  • The world is physically identical to the one we live in, except for the extraordinary individuals running around in costume battling it out. For some reason, one person in ten will put on a costume and try to be a superhero or supervillain. It could be the success stories - million dollar merchandising deals, self-made multibillionaires giving back to the community while in spandex, megalomaniacal nut-jobs in armor running their own countries. But the fact is, costumed crusaders are coming out of the woodwork.
    Some of them are the real deal, like your character.
