Re: Known Training resources
I know from talking to you that these resources affect the training time for spells.  I have a feeling I asked this, but . .  .

Do they reduce the training time for combat skills (in the case of the sparring grounds) or academic skills (in the case of the library)

OR

do these resources merely make training in these skills possible?

I think it is the second thing (makes training possible) but just want to confirm.

In the case of the training grounds... they reduce time by half... a Sparing partner will also reduce time by half again... if one hand a Trainer/teacher, it would again reduce time by half.

For the Library, up to a certain skill level, it will reduce time by half for academic or magical study.
Magical Lab would reduce time for magical skills by half again.
A Research assistant could also help reduce time.
If you procured an appropriate teacher for for either  it would redice time by half.
