We were talking about setting up meeting points for after getting inside, so I assume we made a plan, like we'll meet at this cafe after we get in, alternatively, if that got shut down at some other pub etc. And if we don't see each other that day, we'll meet at some place at a given time each day or so? And if you need to leave a message, put it on the rooftop of Vanyra's previous flat behind the corner of the chimney that has a loose brick (or something like that).

No Vanyra had no chance of hearing what went on over the hundreds of people talking and yelling, and the distance between the two. Furthermore, neither she nor Yuu saw what happened with Zelpuz as there are hundreds of people standing in the way between the two lines.

I updated what Zelpuz did, assuming that there is some sort of food stand / cafe with outside sitting space. He'll stay there for a while to see if Vanyra or Yuu come out.

To notice what? Yuu? Yeah, he's not there, like I said; it may have come across like he may be lost in the crowd or something, but no he is not outside the security fence.

To notice if Vanyra smells or hears him somewhere nearby where she cannot see him, or perhaps if she notices that he has gone somewhere different from where she expects him to be.

She doesn't smell or hear him in her vicinity either.

Is Vanyra joining Zelpuz? We can sit there for another while and wait. I doubt we can find another storage of highly explosive magical substances that I can accidentally light on fire to cause enough distraction to go and look for Yuu at the moment.

Well he's not outside as far an Vanyra knows, but she may want to check with Zelpuz on it.

Sounds like Ice cream, Freelancer guild, and somewhere safe to talk like Vanyra's apartment are the 3 goals I can think of.

No, there wasn't a place between where you were an the Freelancer guild; it's only a couple hundred meters away from where you all met up.

Vanyra wishes to ask about the current situation in town, including the implemented martial law and restricted movements.  Depending on who she gets to talk to, how forthcoming they are, and the read she gets from them using Empathy and Sense Motive, she might ask more about the situation in town.

More would include more information on who is fighting who (major players), who is in charge, who is best to avoid, and what happened to people of the ruling class before.

Oh, ya, Yuu won't be participating in the Freelancer guild entry... rather, quite the opposite. He'll hang way back outside until you finish up. There's a chance his name is on the board and he doesn't want to chance it.

Well, a symbolic board. Freelancers are adventurers for hire... which means bounties are also on the menu. Yuu may be on someone's bounty list.
