Since I only have one card I summon it. I summon Koa'ki Meiru Valafar 3000/2100.

I activate Reckoned Power revealing an Iron Core and destroying all your facedown spell and traps.
I attack Jain: Lightsworn Paladin with Valafar.
End Turn.
I send one Iron COre to the grave for Valafar.

I thought something was amiss there, Rez, but it seems you made a slight mistake earlier on with your M&T2 slot.  Past turn said it was empty, this turn it's occupied.  Good thing I checked again and everything's as it should be now.

In response to your attack, I activate my M&T Card, Chaos Burst, Tributing Ehren to destroy Urnright.  If no response, that should be game.

Chaos Burst | ATT: Trap | Type: Trap Card
Activate only by Tributing 1 Monster when your opponent's Monster declares an attack. Destroy the attacking Monster, then inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.
