Well... the effect of Offerings to the Doomed is "Destroy  1 face-up  monster. Skip your next Draw Phase." So... can I still chain it to your trap card? Or does that not work?

There are two ways you can play it:
1. If you do it when I flip-summon, then I can chain Crush Card Virus. I do not get to attack, but Crush Card Virus activates.
2. If you do it when I activate Crush Card Virus, my attack will have already been resolved, but you will still stop Crush Card Virus (no monster is sacrificed, so it does not activate).

Basically, you can stop half my turn, and it's your choice which half.

Actually, you can't stop the Crush Card Virus. Sacrificing happens as soon as it flips up, not when the effect resolves.
Ruling:

Tributing a DARK monster with 1000 ATK or less is a cost. After sending the monster to the Graveyard (but not before), your opponent can respond with cards. Your opponent cannot target the Tributed monster with "Rush Recklessly", since it is no longer on the field when "Rush Recklessly" can be activated.

O dear, sorry about that Sariah. I thought it left afterward. So I suppose you save your duck still, so it is your turn. You have your duck, but anything in your hand or that you draw with more than 1500 ATK is destroyed.

OK!  Sariah?  You do not lose 550 LP.  All Total Defence Shogun's Text is saying is that it uses its ATK value when attacking while it is in DEF Mode.

Secondly, you cannot Equip a Card to a Face Down Monster.  A Monster has to be Face-Up on the Field for it to be Equipped.

Also note, you lost a monster on my turn, and Last Will is not a quick-effect magic card. You have to activate it when you lose the monster on your turn.

Wait, on the text for "Last Will" it says it can be used if I lose a monster during the turn I use the magic card. It doesn't explicitly say my turn. ... Does it still mean it only works if I lost a monster during my turn?

Now, seeing as Last Will is a normal Spell Card, that means it can ONLY be played during your turn. So what it's REALLY saying is:

Last Will:
If you sacrifice a monster or lose a monster from the field due to a card effect during the turn that you've played this card...


Does that make sense?
