Mini-update: Agon takes out all but 9. Vali, your move.

Vali, given a clear target, and a clear path thanks to the wizard's powerful magic, blurs into action, streaking forward to stem the flow of ghouls from the narrow passage they are appearing from, lest they be overrun.

I'm going to bennie(If I get one) since missing would be an awful start. In which case, I'll use rampage to make an MBA vs 9 as well.

You can target #3 and have no chance of hitting allies.

Seeing that the Death Knight brought a bunch of friends to the party, Nemeroff turned into a pool of acid and made his way across the dance floor and out the door before turn solid once again and attacked the ghoul at the end.

"Will ye no' just stay doon, laddie" roared Harald as he smashed his axe down on the Death Knight's head.  The damage was massive and caused ongoing bleeding and bruising in addition to the initial trauma.

The dwarf considered taking a quick breather but thought it best to finish off this impressive foe.

Zog then thrusts his dagger forward, touching a metal part of the wounded death knight's armor, and he leaps about as lightning rocks his bones...

Hit, most likely, for 54 damage and vulnerable 3 to my attacks until EOMNT, if it matters. Which, hopefully it doesn't.

With a final flourish, Harald and Zog take down the death knight, whose death-rattle is ironic but welcome by the party.

As this happens, another half-elf--one who looks akin to the half-elf that the Great and Terrible Bone Witch disappeared with--appears out from behind the cover of a nearby corner. Dressed in black-and-purple robes, he regards your group with understandable terror. He runs up to a southern door, opens it, screams in Abyssal that enemies are in the building, and then runs to the south.

STAY IN INITIATIVE. Please post one round's actions at a time, even if you do not pursue the half-elf.

If you move off the map to the south, state in the OOC section of your turn how much movement you had left so I can post it on the next map.

Gromley's awareness moved to another corridor, while his disk carried his reclining physical body a little closer...but not too close. He hated ruining his clothes during a combat...

(OOC-Just doing moves to get a better veiw of things. Awareness is checking the other corridor.)

The Consciousness helps Gromley see things...

Agon, Nemeroff, Vali and Zog are up!

Agon saw the half-elf make a run for it, and managed to make it to the door just in time to see their quarry round the corner. "Why don't you stick around?" Agon said, casting one of his favorite spells. A crushing hammer of invisible force smashed the runner to the floor like a bug. A flick removed the lingering gravitational field. "Move up, you're clear."

Without even a break to draw breath, Harald raced out of the room on the trail of the fleeing elf.  As the elf started to disappear into another corridor, Harald realised he could not reach his fleeing opponent.  But all was not lost.  With his war-cry on his tongue he activated the magic of his Phoenix Helm and of his gloves and hurled his hammer.

"Gaaaaptoooth!"

Zog moves up behind Agon, looking very much like the fleeing half-elf, and says in a mild tone to Agon, "Duck."

As Agon does so, he blasts the fleeing half-elf with a bolt of lightning. "RUN FASTER!" he says mockingly.

Move up and do what ranged guys do: hit Reflex 38 for 48 lightning and T gains vulnerable 3 to my attacks until EONT.

Seeing no reason to give chase when there were others far more suited to the task, who hadn't just thawed out from being an exhibit for gods knew how long, Vali elected to stand by and watch, trusting Harald and his friends to quickly bring their foe to a halt.

Just hold initiative and see what happens, I guess...

The half-elf, wild-eyed, raises his hand and utters powerful, blasphemous words. The hallway fills with ghostly maws that chew at Harald and Nemeroff. They are gnawed and chomped at rather uncomfortably. When Harald and Nemeroff's vision clears, they spot the half-elf just in time to see him disappear.

Lots of hits on the now-bloodied half-elf. He uses a close blast 5, hitting Will on both Harald and Nemeroff for 23 psychic. He also gains 10 temps.

The red box is a zone. The zone is filled with ghostly maws that lasts until the end of the encounter. Each creature that starts its turn within the zone takes 15 psychic damage. The thaumaturge gains 5 temporary hit points whenever the zone damages a creature.

He then uses an ability to teleport out of your sight, sacrificing 5 temp hp.

Both Harald and Nemeroff take 15 hp to start their turn as well, reflected below.

The PCs are up! You will need to move to a point where you can see the fellow to target him.
