Re: OOC

Here first. Hello, everyone! Looking forward to sharing my story with all of you.

My guy can be from any of your worlds. I'll post my story from the RTJ out later today in the character thread.

Re: OOC

Hello everyone. Happy to be part of this game. Hopefully we can make it epic in more ways than one.

I will be your human wizard for this adventure, probably focusing on control. I should also be useful to the group when it comes to rituals (unless the GM hates those) as well as knowledge skills.

   See you soon.

Re: OOC

Thomas O'Leerie, your unintelligent ugly Barbarian fellow. What he lacks in intelligence, he gained in strength and constitution. I hope he turns out as fun and I planned on.

Re: OOC

Harald Gaptooth - dwarf fighter here.  Currently on holiday in Bonnie Scotland (my homeland) but will be back at my own computer by the weekend.

He all.

In reply to Harald Gaptooth (msg # 7):

Hello friend. It seems the Dwarf and I will become good buddies. We're going to be the front line guys it seems. I like the build of the team, two humans and two mountain folk.

Re: OOC

Harald, despite being a slow dwarf has a lot of powers that let him shift, sometimes quite a way.  He is also not bad at pushing and sliding.  He has very strong defences (all of them).

Perception 21 and dungeoneering 16 are probably useful to the party.  Athletics and endurance 18 are of more use to himself.

Re: OOC

I'm not trained in Nature but I have a 20 in it. My best are Arcana 29, Religion 27, Streetwise 26. Think I should train in it because it wouldn't mess anything up if I did.

Re: OOC

If it's any comfort, Nature is not so terribly useful in the Outer Planes :-)

Re: OOC

I haven't found any theme I like for this character, but I was thinking of building a custom theme based on two official themes from Neverwinter.

Spoiler text: (Highlight or hover over the text to view)
>Ioun's Faithful :
Skills : Arcana, History
Level 1 Feature : Twist Fate : reroll a failed saving throw (1/enc)
Level 5 Feature : 1/day after a short rest, exchange 1 prepared power with another from your spellbook.
Level 10 Feature : Dimension Shift : Teleport 2 as a minor action (1/enc)
Twist Fate and Dimension Shift can't both be used in the same encounter.

I'm not really interested in optional utility powers.
Features based on Renegade Wizard (lvl 5 feature) and Spellscarred Harbinger (lvl 1 and 10 features).

I don't mind playing without a theme though.
