Okay, I'm trying to visualize this.

We have the Barracks Complex (how big?) surrounded by a wall of stone (how high?) that also dispels our invisibility.  The only entrance is guarded by a dozen efreets (how tough? equipped with what?).  Somewhere ahead is our target (how far?), and in the area are big nasties who we do not want to alert (how far away, and how long will we have once the alarm goes up?)

My best proposal is that we get Zog to imitate a high-ranking Dragonkin, and pretend to be bringing emissaries from Tiamat to see Erishtimu (or however it spelled).  And if things go sideways, we engage at pointblank range.

I think you are probably right.  If it looks like we cannot sneak in then bluff would seem to be the best alternative.

Yes. You are almost certainly not the first enemies to try to wander through the city invisibly.

Wizardly assessment. These guys could mess us up.  In particular, the multiple sources of fire damage + vulnerable to fire 15 + penalty to saves against ongoing fire mean that we face a lot of potential damage.

Fortunately, Agon has the cure.  :)

FYI: packing tonight for a camping trip with my youngest son's scout troop and then leaving on said trip Friday night-Sunday morning, after which I will have to recuperate :-) Updates from me tonight after Zog gets his initiative out there, then next on Sunday (if I'm up to it) or Monday (if not).
