Darrathier, be free and Attack the Dragon! Gromley orders via his mental command. Overrriding the dragon's control with his own powers of domination-and making his friend do what he would want to do anyways.

OOC: Gromley hits Darrathier with a power than lets him dominate someone. He should be able to free Darrathier from the dragon's control. Gromley is using his telepathy do issue the command, so the Dragon may not figure out what happened right away.

Darratheir had just retrieve control over his body that he felt Dakranad presence in his mind once again. Silently obeying his order, he turned in the direction of Harald, ready to charge the Dwarf. Then, another order came and the Dragonborn turned toward Zog instead, once again ready to jump on his companion has if it was his new hunting prey and only desperation could be seen on his face as he was ordered to act against his will.

However, at the moment he was going to attack, the Barbarian heard Gromley's voice in his head. And what the Gnome was saying to him was relief to Darratheir. A large grin drew on his face as he winked at Zog. Doing a half turn, he looked at Dakranad right in his eyes. "I'm not your puppet, Dragon. Stop giving me orders or you could regret it."

He moved closer to the Dragon, slowly as to show him he had lost all control over the Barbarian and when he was close enough so that Dakranad could fill him breath, he added : "In fact, you will regret it. What would happen if I was to break your wings, Dragon? Would you softly fall on this bridge, in the middle of all of us or would you inevitably fall in this pit bellow ? Let's try!"

And before his opponent could react, Darratheir meddled in Dakranad's mind to show him the many way he could kill him. "You who like to be in my mind, do you like how I now am in yours, Dragon ?"

Sonliin, I had you place Divine Challenge on Dakranad THIS round as I missed you doing it last round.

When bloodied by Agon, Dakranad gets a FREE action (yes, it happens when he is dazed, do not argue unless you want to lose all your Bennies, about which I am not kidding) to use Bloodied Breath. Misses Sonliin and Darratheir for 13 radiant damage, hits Harald for 27 radiant and Harald is blinded (save ends). Martha is critted for 46 hp radiant and is blinded (save ends). Dakranad disappears in a burst of light and viciously attacks Gromley, gashing at his cloak of courage. He then teleports again and narrowly misses Zog. He then teleports himself well away from the party, glaring at you malevolently.

Harald used the power of his Boots of Speed to rush along the bridge to get closer to Dakranad.  Once in position he hurled his axe at the hovering beast.

He uses his other action point to teleport to his current location and then attacks with Dakranad's Command, hitting Will of 39 on Darratheir. Darratheir is Dominated until end of Dakranad's second turn next round. Takes 10 psychic damage for finishing closer to Darratheir.

Zog is up! Gromley, do not take your turn until Zog goes.

Zog raises his hand and unleashes another bolt of lightning that hits the traitor dragon hard on the side. He then moves up to be near Darratheir--but not too near. "Over here, Darratheir!" he says merrily hoping his positioning will make it hard for the deadly dragonborn to actually attack...

Well, I can't complain about my luck this fight. Elemental Bolt + Elemental Escalation--another crit on Dakranad! 138 lightning damage to Dakranad and he's vulnerable 3 to my lightning attacks until end of my next turn. Then move to current location, where the dominated Darratheir can't charge me.

OOC: Using Space vortex with 6 psi points. I am forgoing the damage it normally does to just remove Darra from play until the end of my next action. Therefore bypassing both of the dragon's actions in attempting to control Darra. Granted Darra will not be able to attack, but he wont be attacking anyone. Also, while I know creatures cannot teleport or be teleported inside the Dragon's aura-its only an aura 3, and therefore Darra and I are well outside its range.

Dakranad roars in pain as Zog blasts him. "If none else fall, YOU WILL, Zog the Wretched," roars the dragon. He barely seems to notice Gromley's gambit which probably saves Zog from a taste of the Arrow of Fate.
