DM, can Agon do Phantom Steeds as a standard action? That makes a difference in my turn.

I would definitely let Agon spend the surge and create Phantom Steeds.

If that changes anyone's posts (and it should--the Phantom Steeds travel much faster than almost everyone), please post here when you've revised yours.

I need everyone to move your mini onto one of the two towers that say +0 ft. Gromley, that means also placing your consciousness appropriately, assuming you haven't dismissed it. Assume your phantom steed is not in your way and that you have dismounted when you place your character's mini.

Post here to let me know when you've placed your mini. Don't post anything about arriving IC yet.

Note that there are TWO TOWERS with +0 altitude--one to the west of the dragon and one to the east. You don't have to land all on the same tower. You CAN, if you want, but you don't HAVE to.

Being mindful of dragon breath, Harald has gone to the eastern tower.

Joined Harald on the other tower.

I have put myself in one tower, my awareness in the other.

Moved my mini a bit, but staying on the same tower as Dar and Agon. Good to go.

We are 20' below Namissi.  Do we have to go through the door and up the rubble or into his tower and up to the trapdoor?

Either is an option, as is scaling the wall of Namissi's tower. The DC would be 25 for Athletics.

If Sonliin changes to a huge dragon, would Harald be able to ride into battle?

Using the Casque of Tactics Harald can swap initiatives with another person he can see.

Harald can't do much with a fast initiative so Who would best benefit from an initiative roll of 33?

Harald would certainly like a lift from Sonliin.
