Agon, what about talking it into turning off its defenses? "You are mighty and immortal, ignore those pests, they will not harm you..."
Amusing idea, but not an option in this case.

Quick Edit: The most favorable interpretations of the rules (and RAW, I think), is that I can make Namissi Run 1 square south. I can't force him to use limited powers, moving him into dangerous terrain provokes a saving throw, and I can't make him harm himself, but a tactically terrible move is allowable.
Your options, here: if you try to do this, you can have him move up to a single move in a direction you like. Taking the run action would require more than one square movement, I think, but he could easily "run" one or two squares and then back if commanded.
However, my normal practice based on the spirit of the 4e rules is to allow him a saving throw--not against dominated, just against the tactically stupid action. If he fails, he falls prone, just like as if you were force-moving him to a cliff edge or something.
One other consideration, though: you had him giving bad orders last round. Erratic behavior on his part, or apparent weakness, would lessen the impact of that. In context of what happened in-game, it would effectively cancel the benefit you created the prior round.
Your call entirely, just letting you know your options.
