I got snowed in a mountain cabin with awful internet, and I won’t have a chance to post properly until Sunday evening, so you should just take my turn.

Ad for a new game, Laybrith Lands!

On January 22nd, 2017, 11:30 am west coast time you where outside. Maybe you where walking the dog. Maybe you where shopping. Maybe protesting. Maybe you where just enjoying the day.

Whatever you where doing, you noticed anything with a roof turn into a digital form of themselves and vanish. Buildings. Tunnels. Cars. Every living thing under one of those structures was gone, without a trace.

But they may not be dead. Because what happened at 11:33 am was a voice that sounded like one part Monty Hall, one part Don Pardo, and one part Carnival Barker. It spoke a language, but not like any language on earth. Yet somehow, everybody could understand it.

"Greetings, Humans! Your world has failed to register as a space capable or dimensional active planet in the last 50 solar cycles with the nearby Alpha Centauri office a mere 4.37 light years away. As a result, the D/Monix corporation has won the mining and farming rights to your world. That means most of your world has been claimed for the interdimensional game show, Labyrinth Lands! Portals into the Labyrinth will open in the next 30 minutes. If you choose not to enter, you will be allowed to live out the rest of your lives under your own choices.

Those who enter the portals, welcome Wanderer! You will compete in the greatest dimensional net show in the multiverse! Fame, power, or  riches await you below!

Please note-the D/Monix corporation is not responsible for any injury, death, or involuntary transfiguration you might suffer within the Labyrinth. All legal rights are assumed waved by entering the portals."

Sure enough, the portal opened in the ground, nearby you. With a winding stairwell leading into darkness below...

This is an mature game, please give date of birth and age, and weather its legal in your country to partake in such things. This is based on pathfinder 2e rules and the Dungeon Crawler Carl series of books, with changes to both.

Moment of silence for Zog. I did communicate the "jerk move" from Tiamat to Zog's player in advance and he's cool. All Darratheir needs to do is hit her one more time like last round and you're pretty much done with her ;-)

CONGRATULATIONS! Not only did you polish off Tiamat, but you actually managed to finish out a full level 21-30 adventure path. Not a small accomplishment :-)

We'll take a few weeks to bask in the glory of this accomplishment before we wind this down and take down the game.

It's truly astounding for an RPOL game to reach an end, and maintain momentum across so many years. 4E is my favorite edition, and being able to experience it at epic levels is a rare gift I'll always treasure.
