Bloody hell Agon - what have you done now!

Martha grumpily flies across the valley, one leg kicking into the air the entire time as if attacking some invisible monster, and drops beside the wizard. Her dress ends up over her head and her knickers are on show.

On the cliff, she pushes down her dress and scowls at the wizard. Surely you have a 'summon pretty flying swans' spell or something. How the hell am I supposed to become a god if everyone sees my underwear Agon?

Unimpressed, she divinely heals Zog, and decides this is the ideal time to arrange her lovely sundial on the cliff. It reflects the sunlight, which seems to chill a little. Martha glares at the sun and says nothing.

Move next to Agon on cliff
Healing Word on Martha and Zog: both healed to full hp, +2 atk bonus eont, +2 defences eont (+4 fort & +4 vs poison).
Place sundial on cliff: +1 atks and +3 dmg to all creatures within 10 (at the moment that is only Agon and Martha).

Agon flew forward along the wall. One of the ships froze in a chrysalis of time. Another of the ships vanishes, tucked into a pocket dimension.  "Press the attack on those that remain!"

One can feel the palpable sense of shock from the dragonborn on some of theses ships as mortals seem to be wielding mind-bending magic and, worse, directing that magic at these ships!

A and B have been temporarily neutralized and can't act.

"It's no' right" laughed Harald.  "Ships should be on the sea, no' in the air."

And with that he soared up to the nearest ship and with a tremendous smite from his hammer, sent it spinning through the air.

"Your turn Darra" he called.  "If ye can catch it!"

It seemed that once battle commenced, the dwarf's accent grew stronger.

Hits A for 38 hp. Target is knocked prone and dazed TeoMnt.

Zog shouts, "Thank you Martha!" before resuming his blasting of the two ships that he targeted prior. These blasts leave the crews surrounded in a haze of swirling air that block their line of sight beyond the ships!

Elemental Bolt + Elemental Escalation on A and E. Hits A for 79 lightning and vulnerable 3 to all my elemental attacks until EOMNT. Hits E for 76 lightning  and vulnerable 3 to all my elemental attacks until EOMNT. Also, both ships are BLINDED until EOMNT. (Forgot this last round!!)

Harald sends the ship he attacked spinning in the air; the dragonborn aboard cling to the ship for their lives. Meanwhile, Zog's haze of swirling air blocks line of sight on the ships; the party can see the further target of Zog's beginning to lose a bit of ballast.

Yeah, that blinding thing is kinda important to remember, Zog. :-) A is all kinds of messed up; E is blind and bloodied.

"Don't worry for me!" answered the Dragonborn to Harald's teasing. "You should worry for these poor ships that will soon crash."

An instant later, Darratheir was moving with great speed toward the closest ship and started to cut throughout it with his sword without a single hesitation despite the crew being made of Dragonborn.

Gromley, still seeing through his projected awareness draws his plans togeather. The damaged ship Darratheir just struck suddenly flies off wildly. It strikes the ship behind it, and then like a giant pool ball shoots towards the cliff side and proceeds to smash into it. As if that was not enough, The ship he had banished before reappears-only to sail into its own cliff on the other side of the battlefield.

(OOC-Using Living missile on A. I will hit, then use a minor action to cause A to smack into E, and then into its current position-the cliff-side where it will take cliff-side collapse damage.

Then as my turn ends, B will reappear smashing into a different cliff, as shown by the map.

Damage and effects done:

A: 46 and prone and immobilized(Save ends)

E: 10 and prone.

B: 26.

One of the ships that was hit by Zog rights itself and fires at Zog's last known location. They get lucky, winging the elementalist and blasting Darratheir in the shockwave. Another ship combines fire and hits Zog and Darratheir again. Sonliin manages to dodge the shockwave from both ships.

E hits Zog even with blind penalty for 21 thunder, and C hits Zog for 14 thunder. Darratheir gets hit by the effect attack for 17 and 19 hp respectively.

D fails its save to reappear.

Sonliin headed through the air, getting closer to the attacking ships. Casting a glance at the farthest vessel, it suddenly shuddered as if it had been frozen in time. With a wave of his warhammer, another one winked out of existence for the moment.

OOC:Move action; Move to new location.
Standard: Steal time on C. Hit 41 VS Will Stunned until the end of my next turn.
Extra standard from Steal Time, Dimensional cascade vs E Hit 43 will.  It is out until the beginning its next turn. Taking 5 points each of cold/fire/radiant and force damage until it saves.

One of the unscathed Dominion ships has come close to the rocks, and Martha advances on it before it can turn and fire on Agon behind it. She channels a long blade of pure light and sweeps it across the ship’s magical cannons, trying to jam them up long enough to make the ship useless.

Agon watched the heroes engage the patrol ships in single combat, freezing some and casting others out of the universe.  He set an anchor of force on Martha's target

The severely messed-up ship tries and fails to blast Zog. It does catch Darratheir in a shockwave, though, bruising him. Meanwhile, the ship next to Martha tries to escape her and then blasts at her. She takes the blast of thunder in stride.

A misses Zog, but its secondary burst 5 hits Darratheir for 19 thunder damage. B crawls away from Martha, provoking an OA; it then hits Martha for 22 thunder. Nobody is hit by the area effect. It fails its save vs. the prone/ongoing damage.

Harald and Zog, you're up!

Martha, please take an opportunity attack on B as it crawls away from you.

Harald scanned the area looking for threats but found nothing too serious.  Rather than resort to his main powers he decided to just keep up the pressure on his first target.

Head down he careered across the sky and smashed his hammer into the enemy.

Looking to score a kill, Zog blasts the badly listing ship.

"EVERYONE CONCENTRATE FIRE ON THIS SHIP UNTIL IT'S DESTROYED!" he shouts.

Move to get a bit further away from shockwaves from the others, hit A with Elemental Bolt + Learned boost for 71 lightning. A is still vulnerable 3 to my attacks but is no longer blind.

Gromley does several things while staying behind cover. He moves Martha to a place of safety behind the towers. He has his awareness target one ship with a space portal, smashing it while doing so. Finally, he has the badly damaged vessel move by the power of of his mind, making it fly backwards...and then sending it crashing fowards into the cliffside.

OOC:

Move action-Uses noble presence to Move martha to current location, behind Cover. She also gets +2 to all defenses until the end of my next turn.

Standard action-Uses Space Vortex on B to transport it to current location.

10:33, Today: Gromley Underhill rolled 51 using 1d20+31 with rolls of 20.  Space vortex on ship B.

10:33, Today: Gromley Underhill rolled 26 using 6d6 with rolls of 3,6,4,5,3,5.  Crit damage.

Total damage=40 force damage.

Minor action-still using living missle power to throw ship A into the cliffside. Ship moves back, and then forwards, effectively going nowhere and taking more rockslide damage.

After the closest ship to him was destroyed, Darratheir sees no immediate action he could perform. Instead, he waits for the reappearance of one of the ships, at an approximate position close to where it would be.

Move action: Move closer to where E should reappear.

One of the remaining ships lists, having been warped out of time by Sonliin. Another, banished from this space, reappears in the place where it disappeared. A third reappears as well, swarming with elemental energies. Its crew at least has the presence of mind to point their cannon at Darratheir, the immanent threat, but the blast flies wide and explodes into air.

C is stunned. D makes its save vs. Sequestered and reappears. E reappears, taking 20 damage of various kinds. E attacks Darratheir and misses, and fails its save vs. ongoing.

Flying upwards to close the distance, a burst of flame erupted near the vessels. Seeing the bolt of energy streak towards them, the nimbly avoided getting harmed.

OOC:Not bothering to use a Benny (or 3). Combust on B, C and D, misses them all.

Agon targeted two of the damaged ships with cracking bolts of lightning.  Even an archmage had to fear the power of these ships in duel, and he wanted to tilt the odds.
