Having been teleported back out of danger's way by Gromley, Martha realised she was unable to contribute anything to the team from such a distance. Ignoring Gromley's advice to keep herself out of trouble she soars at double-speed towards the ships, trying to close the gap.

Move x2 with fly speed 8 Nth.

Seeing Darratheir--a scary wrecking-machine of a dragonborn--moving toward the heavily-damaged ship, the listing ship fires at him as well, winging him as thunder explodes around him. Yet he flies on with no apparent wounds!!

B hits Darratheir for 18 lightning.

Illumination: Bright diffuse light.
Towers: These provide superior cover, but they automatically take damage whenever someone within 5 squares gets hit with a thunder-echo projector. They collapse when they’ve taken 50 damage, dealing 5d10 damage to anyone inside them. Those squares are then filled with rubble and count as difficult terrain.
Crenellated Walls: Provide cover, except from dominion ships overhead and less than 5 squares away horizontally. Like the towers, the walls are vul- nerable to the thunder-echo projector. Each square of wall crumbles and collapses when it takes 25 thunder damage. This doesn’t damage adjacent creatures, but it eliminates the cover and renders that square diffi- cult terrain.
Cliffs: 30 feet high; Athletics DC 25 to climb.
Crater: Difficult terrain inside the crater. The craters provide cover, except from dominion ships overhead and less than 5 squares away horizontally.

Zog flies a bit closer and lobs a blast of lightning at the closest ship, hoping to drive it closer to destruction. He privately found it amusing that his little blasts of lightning seemed to have more impact that the massive thunder blasts from the ship!

Fly to current position, hit E for 56 lightning and vulnerable 3 to my elemental attacks until EOMNT. (No elemental escalation--no second target is close enough.)

Harald and Zog hammer the damaged ship. Harald takes a zot of lightning as he approaches the ship, but it barely fazes him.

Harald takes 10 hp lightning as he charges the ship, which comes off his temps. Both Harald and Zog hit.

Gromley's awareness sucks another ship into a space vortex, only for it to open as the vehicle crashes into the side of the mountain, causing yet more collapses.

The ship that Darratheir damaged begins to vibrate; it then falls apart as cold, fire, force and radiant power destroys it.

The two as-yet-undamaged ships move apart from each other and fire at Sonliin; their thunder-blasts hurt him and the shockwaves bruise Martha...

E dies from ongoing damage at the start of its turn. C and D both move as shown and concentrate fire on Sonliin; Sonliin is hit for 18 and 26 thunder. Secondary attack in burst both hit Martha for 26 and 16 thunder respect.

Finding that two of the ships were undamaged, Sonliin helps narrow the odds a bit more in their favor as the other ship winks out of existence.

The wizard and the cleric both pummel the damaged ship, which fires back at the wizard, missing badly but hitting Martha with an aftershock. It also flips ‘round so that it is finally upright.

B takes 10 hp at the start of its turn and misses Agon with a natural 1 on its primary attack; its secondary area-effect hits Martha’s Reflex for 16 thunder. It makes it save vs. Prone and ongoing at the end of its turn. (I”m treating this as if it is upright thanks to the save.)

HArald was seething!  Nothing to hit!  As fast as he could he soared through the air towards the remaining enemies then, head down and flying furiously, he charged the next ship in line.

The ship that Zog attacks is beginning to fall apart--everyone can see it. Meanwhile, Harald takes the battle to the other, less-damaged ship; the ship's field bothers him as he charges in.

C's aura does 10 damage to Harald as he moves in, but he definitely hits it. Zog hits B.

Just like Harald, Darratheir had to run to make contact with another ship. Ignoring the lightning that hurt him as he came closer, he charged the ship from far away to try and give more impact to his attack.

Crashing violently on his target, Darratheir used his momentum to deliver a second devastating blow.

Darratheir charges in, sparks flying across his skin, but then opens not one but two massive rents in the side of the ship. It lists madly!! The dragon board aboard attack Harald madly, with their cutlasses, but even a swarm of them does not bother the doughty dwarf. The ship then tries to inch away, but the fighter is ready. With one more mighty blow, he splits its main beam at the bottom and the ship cracks in half like an egg. Dragonborn fall from the sky, screaming.

The other ship does not reappear yet...

C makes a melee attack on Harald as a minor action; they miss. It tries to shift; Harald hits with MBA and "kills" it.

D fails its save vs. Sequestered.

Sonlinn using a magic item, closed the gap to the one foe that was in sight. Saying a prayer, a burst of light illuminated the foe as he summoned up a storm. A blast of thunder then shook the vessel from stem to stern, causing it to become heavily damaged.

"OK lads.  Was that the last o' they buggers?  Or are there more o' them around?"

He prepared himself for another mighty attack should another ship appear nearby.
