Please start your characters at level 21. Use a normal point-buy for attributes. You start with a level 22 magic item, a level 21 magic item, and a level 20 magic item and 125,000 gold to spend any way you like.

You may use any WOTC source, based on current errata, with a preference for use of Character Builder if you have it. Themes and backgrounds are encouraged.

You can make your life really easy by uploading a .dnd4e file to iplay4e.appspot.com and putting the link to that in your character sheet link. (This is obviously not as much an option if you want to use setting-specific material.)

If you want to type out your character sheet for whatever reason, that's fine. Ideally, I'd like a link to the Compendium entry for each Power and Feat, if you have time.
