Reanna looks at Broderick with indignation, "Really? A test of MY skills? What about your skills? How do I know you'll be any good? And what sort of test? Who decides?"

"When I say I can handle it, then I can. I'm not in the mood to play childish games to prove myself."

Offering Ashbury a placating smile Fret not master Ashbury, my opening estimate has been revised as mentioned. If acceptable to you both I welcome the opportunity to contribute an equivalent investment, in goods, services or funds to that You and Master Norries are providing, for an equal share in this endeavour and its outcome.

In reply to Reanna Draegan (msg # 38):
Glancing at Reanna he ignored her attempt at indignation, which he considered was proof that she would prove inadequate in the subtleties of negotiation. Additionally he felt that Her reluctance to prove her capability, presented an implement to any possible remuneration she would be offered. Mistress I claimed nothing other than an offer to contribute to this enterprise. I welcome any test you may set me, provided I have a modicum of skill you wish to test me with.

ooc Unless the other Masters have prior knowledge of her capabilities which Broderick does not, he can but presumes Reanna's capabilities are at present only worth payment of $30 per day.

Sighing at the ignorance of the man before her, but realizing that even fools need placating, she acquiesces, "And what sort of tests do you think would suffice?"

As it was obvious that Reanna was intentionally being excluded from the planning, she simply stated, "I'll be around the guild if you decide you need an entry expert.". Then with a nod to the three of them, she heads off towards the training area.

After Reanna had departed  Broderich gave his chin a rub I've heard she has a nose for trouble but didn't imagine it was for starting it. Do either of you think she's suitable or should we locate a locksmith with a tad more co-operative  group spirit. he enquires.

Ooc After determining which Broderick will send Carruthers to arrange this with Bellarius.

Masters Ashbury and Norres, finding myself new to such arrangements I appear to have become a tad over-exuberant. He offers them an apologetic yet embarrassed smile

Master Ashbury, Deferring to your knowledge of this process; would it be possible for you oversee the hire of a suitable team, and allow me to glean what I may, from you, of this process.

Broderick noted that neither of the Masters mentioned specific timings for this operation, even after being prompted, Masters reference to quickly was a small hint. As you wish if there is no further to discuss I shall undertake to recruit the requisite candidates. After the team is fitted out with equipment and supplies for from Master Norris we will set out. Broderick waits for any comment after which he concludes the meeting thanks the Masters and departs

Hoping to start out quickly he thanks Bellarius paying him for this assistance and arranges to locate and contract the team.

Having paid Bellarius for his services, you proceed downstairs to recruit-where there are no quiet or private areas. Some will look at a signing bonus, as much as 50% up front, but some are happy to get work without.
