There are things demons cannot bear, that they might have undead move for them, failing that, or attempts at destruction, they might try defiling them, or having them hidden.

OOC:  Just noted, for Jednesa that's 2 full hours... I don't know that everyone wanted to wait that long.  I doubt Jednesa would wait that long.  She'd start getting antsy to do something after about an, hour and a half tops.

OOC: yes, but with mages able to give her strength and recover energy themselves, she should not have to wait that long...not sure how long it would be though.

OOC: How many doors lead into where we are?

Two doors: the main double doors, and the smaller side door leading to the sacristy. It has an exit.

Assuming a one hour rest, which leaves Nefnessa functional but tired, it looks like it might take her 15 minutes to clear the pile.

Between  them, Haskell   and Jednesa   clear the pile, although mostly he is moving prayer books smeared with dung.

Below the mess, they find the crozier, seven feet long and made of ivory.
