"I can place it in a leather pouch, that should be sufficient." Nodwin offers while pulling a pouch from his pack.

Despie the quills, the rat's  skull is about a span wide, which shoud just fit through the bars. Rats can usuall  pass any where their heads can fit.

Mario continues to watch for movement while Jocelyn rests, taking a moment to look over the rat corpse from a safe distance.

"Yes, I guess we'll have to clean up the rest of these bodies, and soon.  Too bad we can't just bring the otties to them -- but probably more hazardous than the saving in labor would justify.

"Say, there isn't a way to burn them right here -- without smothering ourselves in the smoke, that is?"

"Hired 'em yesterday.  T'ey might be up for another day of work.  Course, got enough here do t'e work without 'em.  We split t'e group up a lot yesterday."

OOC:  Did we ever return that wheelbarrow?  I don't remember anyone specifically doing so... in which case we still have it, and an outstanding debt...  Of course François and Evaine might have returned it when they left.

They returned it. They do business regular with the carter and didn't want to get into difficulty with him, as Frank already has a strike against him for returning it late on another occasion.

The odor of the catchment rooms is faibtky in the background.  The faibt sound of water dripping echoes on the stone.
