It is late afternoon, and the street is busy. The Silver Jade Palace is a large woodframe building with balconies and a porch that are open to the restauraunt, and have people seated on them at tables. Attempting to climb the facade would be immediately seen.

The building is not freestanding, and is attached to a large building that has shops on the ground floor, and apartments above.

Peering from the shadows, Iskander assesses the nearby building, and deduces where he might find a better entry point, another way...

Iskander has made it to the roof, not far from the pigeon coop.

Following the buildings layout, he observed before the climb, Iskander deduces where he is, what's below him, and where he might breach, unseen...

Airis moves over to the gambling hall roof. She tries not to disturb the pigeons.

Iskander stealthily moves past the cooing, aviary. In a crouch, he moves towards gambling hall, treading lightly.

You both reach the edge of the roof over the restaurant. There is a
balcony all along the edge, and a pair of chimneys, which look fairly
narrow. From your vantage point, you can see that the balcony tables are mostly occupied...

Iskander lays himself flat, behind the chimneys, and peers across the way, watching and listening...

At the moment, the balconies are full, but there seems to be something going on a floor below...

Iskander peers downward, watching what's going on...

She looks around and whispers. "I wonder if there is away in though the basement. I would never of though of a balcony all the way around."

Iskander whispers back: "Perhaps they will do something that clears the balconies, for us..That would be just the distraction we need."

"So how long do we wait? I didn't think they would do anything that drew attention." she whispers.

"That was their prime objective, to go in and cause a distraction, so we can infiltrate, and scout the place. Be my guest, if you want to find another way in. That way, we won't be discovered in the same place, should we get found out..." Iskander remained watching and listening at what went on below them, as he whispered.

There is some yelling and cheering going on. Several people sitting in the balcony get up and head inside, while most of the others seem to be craning their necks in that direction.

Using his feel for the building, Iskander locates a good place to enter, where he can remain out of view.
