Seeing the dragon men, Ales continues to hold his fireball, adding to its strength, adjusting his aim to hit the more valuable targets.

Chye holds up his hand, when he sees the dragonmen, and speaks to them:
"Osu! I am Chye Isuel, son of Chye Xiāo, and the great grandson of the dragon, Chye Cháyè. I had never thought to see dragon kin, in this place...Who are you? Let us parley...I am loathe to take up arms, against my cousins."

Chou-Zhen notes, but pays no attention to Iskander and Isuel speaking to the guards and dragon men.  He gestures, and a ball of crackling energy springs forth from his left hand.

Chye is obviously distraught, and gives a cry of despair, as he sees Chou cast his lightning.

Iskander is aware of where the opposition is moving, but is focused on determining whether or not the guards that switched sides, can be relied upon..

He continues to support Jin, and stands his ground, ready to strike anyone who comes within two hexes.

Ales continues to hold his conjured fireball, aimed directly for one of the dragon men.
  He adds a little more energy, waiting for the conclusion of the conversation between Chye,
 Iskander, Chou, and the dragon men; he does not want to attack anyone that might aid their

The three Naginanta wielders who are not unreadied by Jin's parrying strike lock into
 formation, and Set to attack. the one whose naginata was unreadied drops his pole weapon and
 draws his sword, stepping back from Jin.

In reply to Naginata wielders (msg # 373):

Jin swings his tetsubo up, just missing the man's groin, and then follows through with a thrust to the belly, knocking the man onto his back.

He is now standing to the right side of the three guards.

11:54, Today: Chye Isuel rolled 12 using 3d6 ((2,4,6)). (swing to neck, hit location maneuver - 15)
Supporting Jin, Chye steps, and cleaves at the throat, of one of the ashigaru.
"Hwaaaaaaaaaaa!"

Iskander steps, and crosses blades with the guard, and attempts to twist his sword from his hand!

Chou-Zhen takes his cue, and releases his lightning at the dragon man he's been aiming at.  He waits a moment to observe effect.

The guard who had stepped out of formation and drawn his sword was just knocked to the ground by Jin (see msg#374)
If Iskander was running accross to attack him, he passes in front of the guard behind him, who thrusts forward with his polearm!

Chye charges into a man with a pole arm set for a charge! If he gets in close enough to cleave at the man's neck, he may be doing so with a naginata blade stuck through his midsection!

The dragonman is wearing fine steel lamelar armor, and jerks spasmodically
as lightning crackles around him.

The other dragonman narrows his eyes at the group, yet holds a defensive pose and takes in a deep breath.

Iskander tried to tumble out of the way, but stumbled.[Private to GM: light scale DR 3 + Leather jacket DR 1 = 4  , so if 4 damage got through and doubled, i took 8  points.]

At the last moment, before he follows through with his strike, Chye tumbles out of the way of the enemie's pole arm, sweeping, with fluid, continuity, towards his mark! "Ossssssssssu!"
